Shipping

Unless otherwise noted in the product's description, all orders recieved by noon on any business day (M-F) are shipped the following business day. Ground shipments for Airborne or USPS generally take 4-6 days to arrive. Allow for more time during the Christmas season.

Shipping & Handling Charge

We usually pay the bulk of shipping and handling. We carefully pack and carton your merchandise and ship best way with DHL Ground Delivery Service or USPS. We charge a modest fee of $5.95 Ground shipping U.S. (48 contiginous states) and various US Postal Service rates for other locations. If you have a specific method and would like to pay the additional cost, please contact us. (sales@xylitolnow.com) The modest fee we charge for delivery is a Flat Rate or "PER ORDER" shipping cost and added in Check-Out.

How you can save on shipping cost

Large Orders
Flat rate means if you order 1 item or 100 items, the order's shipping fee is always the same. As with any flat fee shipping, it is clearly to your advantage to place large orders to reduce your per item shipping cost. Large orders negate the shipping charge down to a low percentage of the total sale.

Better Than Free Shipping On Orders Over $200
On all orders over $200. we include, as free gift, a $7.95 bottle of our Xylitol Gum 100 count. Thank you.

Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items in good condition within 30 days of purchase for a no hassle refund of the item's full purchased price. (your portion of shipping both ways is not included) You must contact Customer Service, sales@xylitolnow.com for a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) before returning your goods. Goods shipped to us without an RMA# issued by us and included on the address label will not be accepted.

Products that are opened may also be returned to us for a full or partial refund, determined at our discretion, depending on the amount of product used. (Opened products that are received by us are always destroyed and never resold.)

Please do not return broken or damaged goods. (Anything broken or damaged is 100% covered by the shipper. Simply file a claim with the shipper and keep the package(s) for their inspection.) If you ever have ANY problems, contact us immediately. sales@xylitolnow.com
